Tita Justa Korean BBQ

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 spring onions chopped
5 minced garlic cloves
2 finger segment ginger

Instructions

  1. Sit the sauce for 1 hour
  2. marinate the meat no more than 5 hours.
