Pork slab
Salt
1 whole onion
1 garlic
black pepper
1-3 laurel leaves
1. Boil pork with the ingredients and set to medium (40-50 mins) - try to pinch the skin
2. Set aside and air the pork (to dry the pork)
3. Preheat oven to 300 and put the pork for about an hour (try to tap with finger nails )
4. Let it cool for a while
5. Deep fry (approx 450)
6. Enjoy!
